541 reviews of Sazon "Chef and owner Fernando Olea has hit one out of the park with his newest venture in downtown Santa Fe! We joined friends for dinner and a birthday celebration at Sazon and were impressed the moment we walked in. Chef Fernando greeted us at the door, seated us at our table, and continued to ensure that our dining experience was pleasant the entire evening. The updated dining room is tastefully decorated, warm, and inviting. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The entire meal, starting with drinks, then on to appetizers, a main course, and dessert was spectacular. Everyone in our group tried something different and no one was disappointed. I could go on and on about the flavors and presentation but to do justice to what chef Fernando and his team have created, one needs to experience Sazon. This was the best new restaurant in Santa Fe we have tried in a long time. We plan to return soon."
